Nursing Group has been a service provider for over twenty seven years and our goal has always been to support and empower people with a disability to understand their rights and live as independently as possible.
We recognise that everyone has different needs, goals and desires. It is our priority to identify these with you through good communication and then develop a plan to support you to achieve these goals.
Our processes promote confidence, self-esteem and support quality of life and encourage individual choices which include Quality Assurance visits and reviews.
Our services can be accessed through a private arrangement or in some cases through Government Assistance.
If you are a person with a disability you may be eligible to access services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). As a participant, you will be able to access NDIS individualised planning processes to identify the reasonable and necessary supports you need to enable you to achieve your goals.
